Is an S Corp right for your business?

Our licensed CPAs will run the numbers for you — included with every LLC filing.

What is an S Corp election?

An LLC is the legal structure. An S Corp is a tax election you make with the IRS. When your profits are high enough, electing S Corp status lets you split income between a salary and distributions — significantly reducing your self-employment tax burden.

It's not right for every business, which is why our licensed CPAs review your situation before recommending it. Honest advice — not an upsell.

$10K+

Potential annual tax savings

Business owners earning $80,000+ in net profit often save $10,000+ per year with S Corp status. Our licensed CPAs will run your numbers as part of your LLC filing at no extra charge.

Common questions, straight answers.

Is $349 really all I pay?

Our service fee is $349 flat. On top of that you'll pay your state's filing fee — which varies by state. For example Utah is $59, Wyoming is $100. We show you the exact total before you pay — no surprises.

What if my LLC name is already taken?

That's why we ask for 3 name choices on the intake form. If your first choice is taken, we automatically use your second. Our team checks name availability before filing — so you're never rejected by the state.

How long does it actually take?

We submit your Articles of Organization within 1 business day of receiving your filing. State approval times vary — most states approve within 1–5 business days. Your EIN from the IRS typically takes 1–2 business days on top of that.

Do I need an EIN right away?

Yes — your EIN is your business's tax ID number. You need it to open a business bank account, pay employees, and file taxes. We apply for your EIN with the IRS as part of every filing at no extra charge.

What's the difference between Single and Multi-Member?

A Single-Member LLC has one owner — the most common structure for solo entrepreneurs. A Multi-Member LLC has two or more owners. Both provide liability protection. Our CPAs will advise you on which fits your situation best.

Why not just use LegalZoom or do it myself?

DIY is free but one mistake can delay your LLC by weeks. LegalZoom uses automated software with no attorney review. We're licensed CPAs and Attorneys who personally review and file every LLC. For $349 it's not worth the risk of getting it wrong.

Can I file in any state even if I live elsewhere?

Yes — we file in all 50 states regardless of where you live. However, we always recommend filing in the state where you actually do business. Filing in Wyoming or Delaware to "save money" often costs more in the long run. Our CPAs will advise you.

What happens after my LLC is filed?

We deliver your Articles of Organization, EIN letter, and a free CPA consultation to discuss your tax structure. If you want an S-Corp election, we handle Form 2553 as well. We're your long-term partners — not a one-time transaction.

Your business deserves a solid foundation.

File your LLC today with licensed CPAs and Attorneys who'll be with you long after the paperwork is done.
