TAG, Tax and Legal Services LLC ("TAG tax") provides LLC formation, tax preparation, S-Corp election, and related business services. By using our services you agree to these terms.
Our LLC formation service fee is $349. State filing fees are additional and vary by state. All fees are due at the time of service. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. State filing fees are non-refundable once submitted to the state.
Our $349 service fee is refundable if we have not yet begun work on your filing. Once your LLC has been submitted to the state, the service fee is non-refundable. State filing fees are never refundable. Contact us within 24 hours of payment if you need to cancel.
If TAG tax makes an error on your filing, we will correct it at no additional charge. This guarantee covers errors made by our team in preparing and submitting your documents. It does not cover errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information. TAG tax is not liable for errors or delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
All content on TAG tax websites including text, graphics, logos, and design is the property of TAG tax and may not be reproduced without written permission.
TAG tax's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in Salt Lake County, Utah.
